Returns & Exchanges

At FELLA SWIM, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your swimwear. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the swimwear is unworn and unwashed, then place it securely in its original packaging with all designer tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5 business days.
